1. Who we are

Vastu99 is run by Yash Patil (sole proprietor), trading as Vastu99, Aher Garden, Pune, Maharashtra 411033, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Vastu99, and "you" means the person using the website or buying a report.

2. What we provide

You upload a floor plan of your home and answer a few questions. We give you a free Vastu score, and for a one-time payment of ₹99 a full report: the Vastu defects we found, what each one affects, suggested remedies, and a PDF you can download.

The report is a digital product. It is shown on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, and we email you a private link to it.

3. Vastu guidance, not professional advice

• Our reports are based on traditional Vastu Shastra principles. They are for guidance and general information only.
• They are not structural, engineering, architectural, legal, medical or financial advice.
• Talk to a qualified architect or engineer before any construction or structural change. Never move or break a wall based only on our report.
• We do not promise any particular result in health, wealth, relationships or career from following a remedy.

4. How we make your report

We use artificial intelligence (AI) to read the rooms on your plan and to write the explanations in your language. The Vastu scoring is done by our own rules, and remedies come only from our own checked list. AI can make mistakes, so please check the rooms, the North direction and the main door before you pay. A wrong North direction gives a wrong report.

5. Your responsibilities

• Upload only floor plans that you own or have permission to use.
• Give correct information about North, the main door and the house stage.
• Do not misuse the website: no automated scraping, attempts to break security, or uploading harmful or unlawful content.
• You must be 18 or older to buy a report.

6. Price and payment

The price is shown before you pay (currently ₹99 per report). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. One payment unlocks one report for one floor plan.

8. Your report link

Your report opens with a private link. Anyone who has this link can open the report, so share it only with people you trust. You can get the link again anytime on the Find my report page.

9. Our content

The website, report design, text and remedies belong to Vastu99. You may use your report for your own home and share it with your family, architect or builder. You may not resell it or copy our content for commercial use.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss, or for any decision you make based on the report. Our total liability for any report is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you paid apply to that purchase.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. Before that, please contact us first. Most problems can be solved quickly.
