Why we built it

Buying or building a home is one of the biggest decisions a family makes, and many families want it to follow Vastu. But a consultant visit is expensive and hard to book, and most free apps are full of ads and vague advice.

Vastu99 reads your floor plan, checks every room against traditional Vastu Shastra principles, and shows you exactly which defects your home has, what each one affects, and simple ways to fix them, often without breaking a single wall.

Who we are

Vastu99 is run by Yash Patil from Pune, Maharashtra, India. We use AI to read plans and write explanations, but every Vastu rule and remedy comes from our own checked list. The AI never makes up remedies.
